Such great news!

Very proud to say that the Little Black Photobooth won the people’s choice awards thanks to

many of our clients’ votes.

Thanks a lot for the awesome feedback and lovely comments. We will keep doing our best.

Yes I know the image is a bit big but who wouldn’t want to have that much gold and glitter on

their website!

Plan your wedding & contribute to a good cause

Hi dear photobooth readers,

On the 29th of September we are involved in a charity wedding evening.
This is the last wedding event for the season and promises to be amazing.
Held at the Auckland Museum it will be a night of Glitz and Glamour, with dancers, singers and fashion
parades.  100% of the proceeds go to charity.  (The Altrusa Project and Endometriosis NZ)
It will give you an opportunity to talk one on one with vendors and get styling tips for your wedding tables.
The event has got lots of support from celebrities so this is your chance to see Miriama Kamo, Candy Lane,
Aaron Gilmore, Helen Medlyn and some.  Auckland rugby boys up close and personal.

There is a blog where you can buy tickets and see all the people that are hosting the tables at the event.
So come and enjoy an amazing night, do some more wedding planning, have some fun, and give some
money to great causes.
The tickets are $49 and everyone will received a goodie bag worth over $500!

Red Carpet Week

Last week was a week of awards and highly distinguished ceremonies. Mind you people, I was not
there to receive one of those golden statuettes, I am more a giver than a taker. In my case I give out
memories on a photo.

It all started with the MTV Music Video Awards on Monday night at the 1885 bar in the city.
As expected, I was a huge success and almost stole the show. I guess it would have been more
appropriate to talk about what happened elsewhere that night, but as I am very self-conceited booth, I
mostly care about what happens inside me.

No crazy Lady Gaga outfit or bright orange Florence hair could compete with the fun I brought.
I decided therefore to nominate myself for the coolest photobooth awards, snatched it from my own self
and ran away with it!

By the way, you all did some crazy stuff behind the curtains, but I leave the copyright of these photos
to MTV.
Yes that’s right, the worst that can happen is for you to be fully – not quite “fully”, this is just a manner of
speaking – exposed on the website of one of the world’s biggest music channels.

Cheers Ben for a good night and have a look at what the “authorities” say about it:

Then let’s move on to Saturday night and the Qantas Film and TV awards night. (I hear you
sympathising with me for having to go to all those horrible places…. sigh)

I wheeled myself on the red carpet and got some of the finest kiwi celebrities to jump in. I believe I
even laid my eyes on the most sought after object the night had to offer.
It wasn’t whoever you are thinking about right now, I meant the award itself.

Then again if I triggered some nice images in your head, I am quite happy for writing this.
After all, that’s what I do. Provide lovely images for people to remember their night.

Again, you should not fret about having your photos posted here, but you should certainly consider
having a look at the next issue of New idea for some news about the night.

Thanks New Idea for organising everything.

Yours,

The “not so little” Black Photobooth

George & Emma’s wedding or the best sunset the booth has seen.

Yes, the booth made it  to one of the finest surfing beaches in New Zealand. And the sunset that day was simply splendid.

The thing is when you’re inside the booth the sun doesn’t show up on the photos.

But the photos show how much fun you can have when you team up and act cool/crazy/funny…
